What is GenNet?
GenNet is a product built by AIlluminate that allows users and builders to access AI capabilities without any accounts or credit cards.
How does it work?
GenNet processes requests sent via smart contracts and temporarily stores the results for retrieval.
How do I use it?
To use GenNet out of the box, users can visit the image generation application on their favorite chain to exchange USDC for effortless image creation.
What Kind of AI?
The GenNet Alpha currently only supports widescreen image generation. We are working to add more options and AI types as the project evolves.
How can I build around it?
Building around the GenNet infrastructure is as simple as dropping in a smart contract interface and sending a transaction to the oracle on the respective chain with the request as a string. This allows for cost splitting of the USDC required to process a transaction.
Does it cost money?
Yes, unfortunately, the compute power required for generative AI is quite high. The fees are paid in USDC and we are always looking for ways to lower the cost without lowering the quality.
